FROM FRANCE or ABROAD
You can easily return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. To generate your personal return link, please send us the following information to hello@gcparis.com :

Subject of the email: order number to return
Body of the email: reason for your return

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours to edit your return label.

To request an exchange, simply submit a return request as indicated above to receive a refund for your purchase, then reorder the pair of your choice on our website.

The refund will be triggered within 3 days from the correct receipt of your return in our warehouses by crediting your bank card.

We remind you that each product must be returned to us in its original condition, unworn, and with all its accessories.
